I am so glad that my little girl is beginning to like mac and cheese these days. This is a big relief for me especially during lunch time. I don't have to cook a certain dish just for her come lunch time. I will just have to open a Velveeta box and viola, my little girl has instant lunch! Yay, makes mommy's life easier, hahaha! Honestly, pasta is always good for her especially that I have really been trying to put weight on her. I do hope that she will continue to like mac and cheese more and more.

I have never liked mac and cheese when I was a kid and even until now. But I still buy it and just make it more edible - I add onions and ground beef and tomatoes.
