For us here, we will have some barbecue with friends. I already marinated (Filipino style) pork chops and chicken thighs since yesterday. I bet they will taste so good. We are also planning to make some pasta salad, cucumber salad, corn on the cob, chips and dip; and I know that the Montoya’s will also bring a lot of food. My oh my, we will be grazing the whole day for sure.

ReplyDeleteHello Katie girl, musta ang celebration? I had a grand time with my family here. This is my hubby's hometown kasi kaya, pag may mga occasion na ganito at birthdays, madami kami. Anyway, we watched the fireworks on the beach. Dun pumupunta yung mga tao to watch the display. Well, i know you had a grand celebration too.
